I wrote that I meant self-discipline was a tool used for prevention in a post after this. If you save them all, look it up. I deleted all the emails I had after reading them and emptied the trash folder so that the messages wouldn't take up my inbox space. I'm sure someone has the post still, if you are really that interested. You're the one who is trying to prove something, anyway.
